Adequate Stay but Needs a Lot of Improvement

Our stay was short, but we were disappointed with cleanliness. The location is decent, and we enjoyed dining at a local Mexican restaurant nearby that served delicious brunch. A tip for travelers, ask about room conditions beforehand!

The bed was super comfy and the shower had amazing water pressure, just what I needed after a long day. I really enjoyed chilling by the pool and soaking in the hot tub during my stay. Just a heads up, the elevator was a bit slow, but it didn't ruin my time at all! 😊

I really appreciated the close proximity to Freedom Lake Park, just a short stroll away, and how easy it was to visit the interesting Tampa Bay Automobile Museum, which added so much joy to my weekend adventures.

The pool was closed for two days due to health department regulations, limiting recreational options during the stay. The reported presence of bed bugs in rooms and poor cleanliness standards across various areas made the experience less than satisfactory. Construction noise from adjacent rooms disrupted the peace, making it hard to relax.

During my stay, the highlight was definitely the delicious food from the Mexican restaurant nearby. Stayed here for three nights in a king room and it was a huge improvement compared to my last visit in the area. The room was clean and fresh with a spacious layout. The location was convenient for accessing local attractions, which was a big plus.

I loved the spacious layout of my King Room. it made moving around very easy. The fresh, clean atmosphere and convenient location allowed me to visit nearby attractions without any hassle, which is perfect for seniors like me.

After a long journey, arriving here provided a much-needed break, and the staff was pleasant and helpful. However, cleanliness seemed to be an issue with the room. The bed had some wear, but it was tolerable for just one night. I'll consider other options next time.

Stay Away from This Disaster

You know it’s bad when the place smells like mold as soon as you step in. I had to fight with the front desk just to get a simple towel and they treated me like I was trying to pull one over on them.

It wasn’t exactly cheap for the service we got, but I guess you get what you pay for, right?
